Con Howe

Con Howe is the Managing Director at Cityview, where they apply over 40 years of experience in planning, entitlements, and development to assist all Cityview funds with acquisitions and development strategies. Prior to their current role, Con served as the Director of Planning for the City of Los Angeles from 1992 to 2005, where they were instrumental in implementing the Adaptive Reuse Ordinance and zoning to promote infill housing. They also held the position of Executive Director of the New York City Planning Department from 1987 to 1991. Con holds a Bachelor’s degree from Yale University and is pursuing a Master of City Planning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
