CityVitae’s ongoing mission is to provide commercial properties with long-term, personalized, and adaptive EV charging solutions through a model of localized support and service.

While many companies in this industry are focused solely on closing sales and upselling chargers, CityVitae provides a holistic approach by designing EV charging systems that are tailored to the unique needs of each property and evolve with our clients as their needs change over time. This, coupled with localized customer service and proactive maintenance of charging software uniquely positions us as a service-oriented business in a sales-driven industry.

This is the CityVitae difference.

“We will continue to defend that the right path to deploy an efficient EV charging network is not to put as many chargers as possible, but to install the right chargers, in the right places, with the right rate, and overall create a holistic system that evolves over time as the needs of our clients change.” - Pere Francino, CEO of CityVitae

Recognizing that investment goals for EV chargers vary among our clients, CityVitae offers programs for outright ownership of charging stations or a vending machine model that still provides a valuable amenity to our client’s drivers without the burden of upfront costs. In order to maximize revenue, our systems are uniquely designed to optimize charge availability and power allocation.

Combining exceptional solutions with industry-leading service, CityVitae is addressing the charging needs of premier properties throughout Florida and Texas not only now, but for decades to come.
