Run Chen

Run Chen currently holds a position in Operations at Ciudadela since 2025. Previously, Run was a New Business Senior Manager at Alibaba Group from 2023 to 2025, where responsibilities included leading overseas logistics strategy and defining the Out of Home delivery strategy for the Spain e-commerce market. As Co-Founder and COO of MOVO from 2017 to 2021, Run focused on providing innovative mobility solutions. Additional experience includes serving as Head of eFleet at Cabify, an Independent Consultant at Volomy, and an Integration Engineer at Ericsson. Run's educational background includes a B.Sc. in Telecommunication Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, an MBA from Beijing Institute of Technology, and participation in an exchange program in Telecommunications Engineering at Politecnico di Milano.
