Dan Bell

Dan Bell currently serves as the Head of Operations and Platform at CIV since June 2025. Prior to this role, Dan held various positions at Expedia Group from June 2023 to June 2025, including Chief of Staff to the COO and Sr. Director of Strategy. From May 2017 to April 2023, Dan was the VP and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Inspire, a company acquired by Shell. Earlier experience includes serving as Sr. Director and Chief of Staff to the CEO and Director of Special Projects at Me, Inc., and co-founding and acting as COO at a biotech startup from July 2012 to December 2016. Additional roles include General Manager at NRG Energy and work in budgeting and reimbursement at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
