Jay Mutina

Jay Mutina has over 25 years of extensive experience in sales and business development within the fuel dispensing and retail petroleum industries. Currently serving as District Sales Manager S.E. at OPW, a Dover Company, since April 2001, Jay has developed a strong track record in managing sales operations. Previous roles include Business Development Manager at Dresser Wayne from March 1997 to June 2000 and Sales Representative at White Tucker Company from June 1988 to March 1997. Jay earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Our Lady of the Lake University, completing studies between 2002 and 2010, and graduated from Dulles High School in 1984.
