Ron Gecks

Ron Gecks is a Senior Finance and Accounting Leader with extensive experience in operational controlling, accounting, and financial reporting. They have held significant roles at Givaudan, including Head of Operations Controlling and Corporate Controller, where they led complex finance projects and integrated acquisitions while steering cross-functional teams. Currently, Ron serves as Corporate Controller at OPW, a Dover Company. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University. Ron is passionate about developing talent and implementing process improvements to address business challenges effectively.
