Chad Edison, P.Eng., PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and IT management. Currently serving as Talent Development Manager at INVIDI Technologies Corporation since August 2022, Chad previously held the position of IT Manager - Business Analysis and Quality Assurance at Alberta Blue Cross from September 2018 to August 2022. In this role, responsibilities included leading a team of 47, managing production support, and addressing complex IT issues while collaborating with various stakeholders. Chad's career spans multiple organizations, including roles as Integration Specialist at Ramsay Health Care, Business Analyst at RACQ, and Project Manager at the Department of Queensland Health, among others.
