Grant Pelletier

Grant Pelletier, CRSP has held various roles in the field of health, safety, and sustainability throughout their career. Grant began their work experience as an Environmental Management Systems Coordinator at 3S Contracting Ltd / D&J Isley and Sons Contracting in 2000. Grant then moved on to Vanderwell Contractors, where they served as a Forest Technologist / Health & Safety Coordinator from 2001 to 2004. Following this, they joined Millar Western Forest Products Ltd. as a Human Resources & Safety Coordinator, where they led initiatives such as health and safety strategic planning, site-wide health monitoring, and fall protection projects.

In 2007, Pelletier joined Can Am Geomatics as a Corporate Health & Safety Coordinator before transitioning to Enform. At Enform, they held several roles including Health & Safety Program Manager, Manager of Auditing, and Manager of Industry Mentorship & Support. During their time at Enform, Pelletier played a key role in implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental management systems.

Since 2013, Pelletier has been with Civeo North America, where they have held positions such as Senior Director of HSE and now Vice President of Safety and Sustainability. In these roles, they have overseen the development and implementation of strategic plans and budgets, managed health, safety, and environmental teams throughout North America, and achieved significant reductions in total recordable incident rates.

Throughout their career, Pelletier has demonstrated expertise in implementing safety management systems, leading environmental and reclamation projects, and improving overall safety performance.

Grant Pelletier, CRSP received a Forest Technology Diploma in Forestry from NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) in 1999. Grant later earned an OH&S Certificate from the University of Alberta between 2002 and 2004.
