Randy Gordon, MBA, CRSP, is a seasoned safety management professional with extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives. Currently serving as the Safety Manager at Civeo North America since 2017, Randy has effectively supported a culture of safety excellence while overseeing up to 325 personnel. Randy's expertise includes spearheading HSE initiatives for multi-million dollar projects, leading incident prevention, and developing safety documentation for high-value construction contracts. Additionally, Randy has served as a Safety Consultant at CALCOR Health & Safety, a TRS Specialist at Weatherford, and has held various roles in drilling operations. Randy's educational background includes an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business and several certifications relevant to safety management.
