Mike Marron

Mike Marron is the current Vice President of Finance and Human Resources at Civic Technologies. Prior to their current position, Marron served as Head of Finance at Gyft from January 2015 to February 2017. In this role, they were responsible for directing all company finance and accounting efforts, developing the internal accounting environment, and serving as finance leader on the executive team. Marron also worked closely with all teams on a constant basis, including business development, sales, product management, fraud and risk, engineering, marketing, and operations. Shortly after being hired, Marron stepped in as Head of Human Resources to manage hiring and onboarding 30+ employees. In addition to payroll/bonus/salary reviews, they managed work visa applications and relocation arrangements for all international employees (H1B and Green card.) For the final six months Marron also took on the Head of Operations role.

Before joining Gyft, Marron served as Treasurer at Voices of Gotham from January 2013 to October 2013.

Mike Marron has a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations and Chinese from Pacific Lutheran University. Mike also has certification from Intuit in QuickBooks Pro.

They are on a team with Anna Aubuchon - VP, Operations, Becca Youngs - Director of Communications, and JP Bedoya - Chief Product Officer. A direct report to Mike Marron is and Camille Domenik - Director of Finance. Mike Marron reports to Chris Hart, CEO.
