Jonathan Murphy

Jonathan Murphy is a senior managing director at Blackstone in private equity. They also serve as a board member at Civica (2024–present) and Paysafe (2021–present). They previously held roles including principal investing at CPP Investment Board (2011–2012), principal private equity at Francisco Partners (2012–2020), and board memberships at Civitas Learning (2019–2021), Dynamo Software (2017–2020), Orchard Software (2019–2020), and Lucidworks (2019–2021), as well as an investment banking associate position at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney (2007–2011). They earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from University College Dublin (2003–2006).
