Civico is the only purpose-built multi-location system for government meetings. In one system you have everything needed to manage on-site, virtual or hybrid meetings. Civico simply integrates with your existing equipment to streamline the meeting process.

We have developed a step change solution specifically to enable local authorities, public bodies and government to continue holding their formal meetings - be they where all members are remote (virtual), where some members are on site and others are remote (hybrid) and when all members are physically on site in a room.

The single software system:
• Enables members to attend a meeting from any place
• Integrates with existing equipment: documents, microphones, cameras, displays, recording & webcasting.
• Includes all meeting management needs.
• Enables public’s right to access, attend and speak at meetings remotely.
• Provides detailed meeting reports.
• Meets ADSO’s guidelines.
• Is aimed at local authorities and national governments.

Our streaming solution provides citizens with easy access to council library of live and achieved meetings and linked documents, offering increased access, accountability and engagement in the democratic process and the decisions that affect them.

Civico enables everything and everyone involved in a Council meeting to seamlessly connect to form a single intelligent conference system: streamlining complexities, workflows and cost.
