Jillian Algiere

Jillian Algiere is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in solutions engineering and account management at CivicPlus since January 2017, currently serving as the Director of Solutions Engineers. Jillian has held various roles within the company, including Manager and Solutions Engineer, supporting the sales team through training and technical demonstrations for CivicClerk, CivicReady, and CivicHR solutions. Prior to CivicPlus, Jillian worked as an East Coast Account Executive and Account Manager, focusing on client relations and legislative process improvement. Jillian's early career includes positions as an Assistant Buyer and Buying Intern at Ross Stores, Inc., where vendor relations and sales analysis were key responsibilities. An education in Fashion Merchandising was completed at Marist University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in 2015.
