Micah Klein

Micah Klein is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in client success and technical support. Currently serving as Client Success Manager 3 at CivicPlus since February 2022, Micah has advanced through the ranks, earning promotions to CSM 2 in 2023 and CSM 3 in 2024. Micah began a career in the aerospace sector as an Off-Site Intern at Global Aerospace, supporting claims staff with UAV-related insights.
