Phillip Devine

Phillip Devine is a Corporate Counsel at CivicPlus, where responsibilities have included roles as Associate In-House Legal Counsel and Contract Specialist since April 2020. Prior to this position, Phillip worked as a Legislative Affairs and Research Associate at DEVINE & DONLEY, LLC from February 2012 to September 2013, conducting case law research and providing analysis for clients, as well as compiling legislative information. Phillip's experience also includes a Law Clerk position at SLOAN, EISENBARTH, GLASSMAN, MCENTIRE & JARBOE, LLC, where legal research and administrative duties were performed from March 2011 to February 2012. Educationally, Phillip holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Washburn University School of Law (2009-2012) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Kansas State University (2004-2009).
