Tye Lydon

Tye Lydon, MBA, currently serves as an Account Executive at CivicPlus since October 2021. Prior to this role, Tye worked as the Parks and Recreation Director for the City of Fenton from May 2019 to October 2021 and for the City of Salem from January 2016 to May 2019, managing department budgeting, staffing, public relations, facility inspections, sports programming, and policy making. Tye's experience also includes a Graduate Assistant position at Northwest Missouri State University, where responsibilities involved supervising shifts and mentoring staff, as well as internships at the Petersen Family Wellness Center and the Jewish Community Center of Omaha, focusing on customer service and fitness coaching. Tye holds an MBA from Northwest Missouri State University and two graduate degrees in Applied Health and Sports Sciences, along with a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation, Leisure, and Fitness Studies.
