Jarod Vickers

Jarod Vickers began their career in 2018 as a Software Test Engineer Co-op at ANSYS, Inc. During their two rotations, they worked on a team of four co-ops that tested several ANSYS products in conjunction with ANSYS Mechanical. Jarod also led a project in constructing automated C# stress and integration tests with Selenium and Electron JS to test ANSYS Additive. In 2019, they transitioned into a Software Developer Co-op role at ANSYS, Inc. During their final rotation, they worked on a team of four software developers and worked closely with a team of software testers on ANSYS Aim in C# and .NET. In 2020, they began working as a Software Engineer at CivicScience.

Jarod Vickers attended the University of Pittsburgh from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the Swanson School of Engineering. In 2021, they obtained a CSS Essential Training certification from LinkedIn.
