Lamar Pierce

Lamar Pierce has an extensive work experience in the field of strategy and organization. Lamar began their career in 2007 as a Chief Academic Advisor at CivicScience. In 2011, they were appointed as a Harrington Faculty Fellow at the University of Texas at Austin. In 2017, they joined Maritz as a Scientific Advisor and in 2018, they were appointed as a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at The Brookings Institution. Lamar also served as an Associate Dean for Brookings Executive Education at Olin Business School at Washington University from 2018. In 2021, they joined Atlas Point as a Chief Behavioral Strategist. Lamar also served as a Professor of Organization & Strategy at Washington University from 2007.

Lamar Pierce obtained their Ph.D in Business from the University of California, Berkeley in 2005. Prior to that, they attended the University of Puget Sound from 1993 to 1997.
