John Miskell

John Miskell serves as the Vice President of Sales at CivicSmart, Inc., specializing in traffic and parking management technology since May 2021. Prior to this role, Miskell was the Vice President of Global Sales at Fybr® from June 2006 to January 2021, focusing on global business development and client management. Miskell also has experience as a partner at Static Line Defense, where responsibilities included project management and training from June 2006 to June 2015. Earlier career roles include advisor, trainer, and investigator for the East Central Pennsylvania Counter-Terrorism Task Force and various positions in government services. Miskell served as an agent/officer from July 1983 to December 1994 and as an ODA team medic with the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) from June 1972 to July 1983. Miskell holds a BA in History and German from the University of Maryland and attended the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
