Gary Moore

Gary Moore is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in water resources, hydrology, and hydraulics. Moore has served as an adjunct professor and senior lecturer at Saint Louis University, Missouri University of Science and Technology, and in the UMSL/Washington University Joint Engineering Program, teaching multiple graduate and undergraduate courses in hydraulics and water resources. As the principal owner of Gary T Moore Consulting LLC, Moore specializes in hydrologic storm analysis, floodplain management, and various hydraulic modeling applications. Prior roles include program manager at the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, where responsibilities encompassed watershed planning for extensive storm and sanitary sewer systems, and project engineer at Booker Associates, focusing on stormwater analysis and floodplain modeling. Moore holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
