Civil Engineering Professionals, Inc (CEPI) is a civil engineering/surveying/landscape architecture firm, locally owned and operated in Casper, Wyoming.  The firm has been providing engineering and surveying services in Casper and other communities around the state since 1983.  Our staff currently numbers 13 including 4 professional civil engineers, 2 licensed land surveyors and 1 registered landscape architect.  CEPI’s mission statement is simply “do the right thing!”  This mission statement embodies our approach to providing the highest quality professional services to a small group of clients located in Central Wyoming.  High quality technical services, coupled with long term service commitments and local knowledge have contributed toward a trend of success for our clients and CEPI.  When we approach a project we endeavor to find the best solution to the problem or project at hand.  We do not focus on profit margins or how to create the biggest project; we simply endeavor to do the right thing.  We believe that if we look for the broadest and best solutions to meet our client’s needs we will create long term solutions and long term relationships.
