Civil Gold is a community and economic systems design firm – aligning civic planning, social insight, and local economies to build communities with coherence, equity, and intent.
We work with councils, developers, and government agencies to design frameworks that connect people, place, and prosperity – ensuring growth that endures and systems that serve beyond their design life.

Founded by Jamie Meyer, the firm brings a structural and human-centred approach to place design – diagnosing fragmented systems, reconciling competing priorities, and building models that turn development into enduring value for residents and regions alike.

Our work spans community and economic design, civic planning frameworks, regional development strategy, and place-based policy architecture.
Each engagement is guided by one principle: when communities are designed with structural intelligence, they create environments that serve people, sustain economies, and support lasting coherence.

Civil Gold turns planning into architecture – designing the frameworks that build what the future deserves.
