Shem Hawes

Shem Hawes is the Principal and Senior Engineer at Civiltec Engineering, Inc. since May 2007. Shem is a key figure in the firm, fostering client relationships and overseeing multiple projects, including the development of pipeline and sewer mains, treatment projects, groundwater production wells, and hydraulic modeling systems. Before joining Civiltec, Shem worked as a Project Engineer at AQUA Engineering, Inc. specializing in waste water treatment, and as an Engineering Associate at the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works handling sea water injection wells. Shem holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah.
