Anna Zagoren

Anna Zagoren has a diverse work experience history. Anna began their career as a Production Intern at JB Raku Media, where they collaborated with a radio producer to organize and create podcasts. Anna also improved audio quality and redesigned the website for better accessibility and promotion.

After that, Anna worked as a Data Management Intern at Future Metals, LLC, where they gained experience in data management.

Anna then joined Wesleyan University, where they held multiple roles. Anna started as a Quantitative Researcher, where they developed empirical models to study the low-wage labor market and worker responses to economic changes. Anna also participated in workshops to enhance their data science knowledge and presented research findings with a team of researchers. Anna later became a Tutor at the Quantitative Analysis Center and a Course Assistant.

Currently, Anna is a Data Scientist at Civis Analytics. Anna started as a Data Scientist I and was promoted to Data Scientist II in October 2021.

Anna Zagoren completed their high school education at Chatham High School from 2011 to 2016, where they received their High School Diploma. Anna then attended Lafayette College in 2016 and Wesleyan University from 2017 to 2020, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Economics.
