Verónica Pineda

Verónica Pineda has extensive experience in the tourism and customer service sectors, currently serving as the Supply Regional Manager for Spain at Civitatis since July 2016. Verónica has held various roles at Civitatis, including Senior Destination Manager for Spain & Portugal and Team Leader Customer Care, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills. Prior to this, Verónica worked at GVAM Interactive Guides and Fjordtell in customer-facing positions, and has a solid background in providing tourist information through multiple roles with Manpower Group Solutions. Verónica began a career in tourism at Neoturismo, where responsibilities included sales and providing information at the Madrid Tourism Office. Verónica holds a Diplomatura en Turismo from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, completed in 2006.
