Emma Eline has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Emma began their career as a Music Video Department Intern at Interscope Records in 2011, where they organized video content and assisted on music video sets. Emma then worked as a Supervisor at the UCSB Recreation Center from 2009 to 2012, overseeing facility operations and staff. Emma also served as an Assistant at Chicago Pacific Entertainment, where they updated databases, completed research projects, and organized travel itineraries.

In 2012, Emma joined Rock Paper Scissors as a Receptionist, managing various administrative tasks and assisting with producer responsibilities. Emma later became a Production Coordinator at TEN: The Enthusiast Network, where they organized productions, managed schedules, and ensured client satisfaction.

Emma then transitioned to Pac-12 Networks as a Production Coordinator, responsible for coordinating live event broadcasts and assembling Technical Books for crew members. Emma was later promoted to Production Manager, where they communicated production needs, planned schedules, and managed budgets for live events.

Emma's experience in project management and client advocacy grew during their time at 3Q Digital, where they held various roles. Emma began as a Project Manager, overseeing creative projects from start to finish and managing client and internal communication. Emma was then promoted to Senior Project Manager, taking on additional responsibilities such as aligning with clients on needs and strategies. Finally, Emma served as an Operations Manager at Civitech starting in 2022.

Throughout their career, Emma has demonstrated strong attention to detail, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset. Their experience spans operations, project management, client relations, and production coordination.

Emma Eline attended UC Santa Barbara from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Their field of study during this time was film and media studies, with a focus on Spanish language and literature.
