Laura Dugan

Laura Dugan has diverse work experience in data analysis and GIS. Laura is currently working as a GIS Data Analyst at Civitech since May 2021. Before that, they worked at the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department from November 2014 to May 2021, where they held the positions of Data Analyst and Data Manager.

Prior to that, Laura worked at the University of Texas at Austin for several roles starting from August 2006 to August 2013. These roles include Teaching Assistant, Research Assistant, NSF GK-12 Fellow, and GIS Technician.

Additionally, Laura has experience as a Research Technician at Arizona State University from February 2005 to July 2006.

Laura Dugan has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Ecology and Environmental Biology from Appalachian State University. Laura also holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior from The University of Texas at Austin.
