Jason Baker

Jason Baker is an accomplished technology leader, educator, and entrepreneur specializing in software delivery and cloud computing. They currently serve as the Director of Cloud Operations at Civix and an Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of St. Thomas, where they have designed a pioneering graduate course in DevOps. Previously, they co-founded VISI, the largest privately-held provider of data center services in Minnesota, and led various high-impact roles across multiple organizations, including Dell and Gravie. With a Master of Science in Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, Jason has mentored hundreds of engineering students and technology leaders, advocating for modern software practices and cloud-native architectures.
