Mike Marshall has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Mike is currently working as the Vice President of Sales Operations at Civix since December 2020. Mike also runs their own consulting firm, Michael John Marshall, LLC, where they serve as a Senior Management Consultant starting from August 2022. Earlier in their career, Mike worked at Affiliated Computer Services as the Manager of Florida & Georgia Tax Services Operations from July 2002 to June 2009. Mike managed the ACS i400 Systems & Services operations for property appraisal and tax services.

Finally, Mike had a role as the Regional Administrator at Florida Sunshine Rehabilitation from January 1995 to October 1997. Mike successfully expanded territorial operations and achieved revenue and productivity goals.

Mike Marshall has a Master of Science degree (MS) from the University of St. Francis. Mike also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) from Central Michigan University. In addition, they have obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2007.
