Tom Ferguson

Tom Ferguson has over 25 years of experience in the elections and ethics field. Tom currently serves as the Product Director and Subject Matter Expert of Elections and Ethics at Civix, where they coordinate and advances state government election offerings. Prior to their current role, Tom was the National Sales Director at Electec Election Services, Inc. where they led the sales team and promoted their election software applications. Tom also served as the National Practice Director and State and Local Government Practice Leader at HP Enterprise Services, where they developed solutions for election management and voter registration. Tom has also held leadership roles at Saber Consulting and Covansys, and earlier in their career, they were the Director of Elections at the Office of the Secretary of the State of Connecticut, where they managed the election process and ensured compliance with laws and regulations.

Tom Ferguson attended the University of Hartford from 1976 to 1980, where they obtained a BA degree in Business Administration/Political Science. Tom also has several certifications from the Pragmatic Institute, including "Pragmatic Certified Product Manager," obtained in September 2020, "Focus," obtained in August 2020, "Foundations," obtained in August 2020, and "PMC Level II," obtained in August 2020.
