Sean Messner is the PNW Director at CivTech Inc., overseeing projects in traffic and roadway design, traffic simulation, and large area modeling. They previously served as a Senior Traffic Engineer at HDR and held various roles in traffic engineering, including Traffic/Transportation Planning Manager for Spokane County and Senior Traffic Engineer for the City of Spokane Valley.
