Compliance, Title IX, & Equity (CIXE pronounced like the number six) was founded in 2019 with the primary purpose of serving the Higher Education community with expert-level Title IX services at a budget-friendly cost. We noticed some larger Title IX consulting organizations were created to provide these services but were charging high "attorney fees" that the majority of Higher Education institutions were unable to afford. AT CIXE Investigations, we wanted to make sure every institution had the opportunity to hire external experts for any of their Civil Rights / Title IX concerns. We offer the following services; Interim-Title IX Coordinators, External Investigators, Hearing-Officers, Mediators, Consulting, and certified Title IX training.
