Ryan Gu has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Head of the Global HR Team and the Head of the Talent Acquisition Team at CJ Logistics since February 2017. In this role, Ryan Gu has focused on recruiting top executive talent and core talent in advanced technology fields, developing innovative recruiting strategies, and building a high-level talent pool. Prior to this, Ryan Gu held positions including Global Recruiting Officer for North America and Recruiting Manager, specializing in tech recruitment and establishing effective recruiting procedures. Previous experience includes the role of HR Manager at CJ Logistics America and Recruiting Manager at Samsung C&T Corporation. Ryan Gu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chinese and Business Administration from Sungkyunkwan University.
