Dr. Crystal J. Davis is the Founder and CEO of CJD Consulting Solutions, LLC, a certified EDWOSB, WOSB, MBE/WBE, and ByBlack-certified leadership development and consulting firm based in Kansas. She is a nationally recognized leadership expert, professional development trainer, executive coach, and ecosystem builder with nearly two decades of experience across corporate, nonprofit, education, and government sectors.

Specializing in leadership development, strategic facilitation, entrepreneurial ecosystem building, and organizational transformation, Dr. Davis helps organizations unlock their potential through customized, equity-driven, and culturally responsive solutions. Her leadership philosophy is anchored in Servant Leadership, fostering environments of trust, empowerment, and sustainable growth.

Dr. Davis has supported ESOs and institutions such as BEFH, Network Kansas, MHK Spark, Metropolitan Community College, and the U.S. Army’s Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (Procurement) (ODASA(P)). She has guided nonprofit formations, secured funding, built cross-sector collaborations, and developed programs that strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystems statewide.

She is the creator of the Kansas Ecosystem Harmony Model, an innovative framework that integrates Servant Leadership, collaborative engagement, and national entrepreneurial best practices (Kauffman Foundation’s 7 Design Principles, ESHIP Goals, K-State 105 initiatives). Her work empowers underrepresented, rural, and BIPOC-led organizations to thrive.

Dr. Davis is a Certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach and DISC Trainer, and holds multiple certifications in minority and women-owned business development. She is a frequent speaker, trainer, and facilitator for leadership development conferences, entrepreneurial summits, and higher education initiatives.
