Stephen Murphy

Stephen Murphy is an experienced Quantity Surveyor currently employed at CJK since February 2024 and previously at Mercury from October 2013 to February 2024. Responsibilities include setting contract documentation, conducting cost control and cost benefit analysis, and performing risk analysis evaluations. Prior to this role, Stephen served as a Junior Quantity Surveyor and Electrician, where duties encompassed installing and maintaining electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supervising apprentices. Stephen holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying and a Higher Certificate in Construction Economics, both obtained from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, along with foundational education from Templeogue College.
