In 2007 we identified that there was a clear need in NYC for a midsize high end, professional, quality construction company who provides an unparalleled service.

At CJS we offer fully comprehensive construction services through all phases of a project, from initial concept, through to final completion. We look to evaluate the project potential and constructability before we begin anything, so we can maximize our resources. Principle involvement and the experience of our professionals are what make us the first and only choice for our clients.

“We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, integrity and professionalism in all construction markets that we operate in.” – C.Spano (President).

Fully comprehensive construction services from the pre-construction, bud- getting/estimating, planning phases of a project, through to the bidding, purchasing, build out and final close out.

- Our staff are fully experienced in the construction of commercial, healthcare, educational, hospitality, retail, high-end residential and numerous other facilities.
- We are proud that we are constantly looking to utilize the latest construction techniques and technologies to improve both our efficiency and delivery of services.
- We are active members of the US Green Building Council and have worked on numerous LEED certified projects as well.

At CJS BUILDERS, we recognize the challenges of the construction industry and the expectations of our clientele. We approach every project with a high sense of urgency, integrity and professionalism to meet all our client’s needs.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or project queries.
