In 2011 CK FISCHER and tour operator Nev-Dama (a specialist in winter ski holidays in the Central European region) merged into the travel group FISCHER. In 2012, a third business brand, Privileq, was launched to organize tailor made luxury holidays. Additionally, the internet travel agency eTravel.cz, one of the biggest e-commerce sites in the Czech market, joined the group.
