Tier III Client System Services Technician at C&K Systems

Troy K. began their career in 1994 as a General Manager at Hardee's. In 1995, they became a Help Desk Analyst at Advantica Restaurant Group, providing Level 1 Help Desk Agent support. From 1996 to 2003, Troy K. worked at IBM Strategic Outsourcing, starting as a Help Desk Analyst and later becoming a Remote Technical Support and Remote System Support Representative. From 2003 to 2013, Troy K. worked at C&K Systems, first as a Tier II Client System Services Tech and later as a Tier III Client System Services Technician. During this time, they were NCCI Certified, and provided implementation, configuration, and support of CounterPoint SQL POS as well as support and installation of various POS hardware. Troy also supported MS SQL 2005, 2008, and 2012.

Troy K. attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1985 to 1990 and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. In March 2000, Troy K. obtained the A+ certification from CompTIA.
