Mike started their career at Shaffer Welding and Engineering as the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing from 1992 to 2005. Mike then moved on to Weld Tooling Corporation (Bug-O Systems) as an Applications Engineer and US Technical Sales Manager from 2005 to 2015. During this time, they focused on improving marketing materials, expanding the company's presence in North America, and identifying potential growth opportunities.

From 2015 to 2020, Mike held various regional sales representative roles at companies like Woodstream Midwest Sales, CHEMTANE ENERGY, Specialized Fabrication Equipment (S.F.E.)
