Agnes Sze Wey Ngea possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and food science, having worked in various roles across multiple companies. At Granny's Poultry Cooperative Ltd., Agnes served as a Quality Assurance Technician, responsible for verifying QA procedures and addressing quality complaints, and later as a Laboratory Technician focusing on microbiological testing and laboratory procedures. Agnes continued to develop skills as an Operational Leadership Trainee and Plant Supervisor at Lucerne Foods, where supervision of production activities and participation in the HACCP team were key responsibilities. Currently, Agnes is a Senior QA Manager for the Asia Pacific Region at CKE Restaurants, Inc., managing a comprehensive Quality Assurance Program across ten countries. With a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from the University of Manitoba, Agnes graduated with a commendable CGPA of 4.18 out of 4.5.
