Our Principal, Daniel Chan, is on the Legal Aid WA Practitioners Panel. He is able to accept grants of aid to act for clients who qualify for assistance in matters relating to Violence Restraining Orders (VRO); Criminal matters in the Magistrates Court and Other Indictable matters; Family Law; and Family Law Dispute Resolution. 

Daniel is a Nationally Accredited Independent Children’s Lawyer representing children's interests in the Family Court and acting as a Separate Representative in Protection and Care proceedings in the Children’s Court.

Daniel is also a member of the Care Plan Review Panel. The Panel has been established under the Children and Community Services Act 2004 (WA) to review decisions that are made as part of a care plan for children in the care of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Department of Communities.
