John Goss

John Goss has extensive work experience in tax management and advisory roles. John is currently a Principal at CKH CPAs & Advisors since May 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Indirect Tax at Newell Brands from October 2011 to May 2020. Before joining Newell Brands, John worked at Simmons Bedding Company as a Tax Manager, specializing in transactional taxes, from April 2009 to September 2011. John also held positions at Ernst & Young as a Tax Senior Manager from July 2007 to December 2008, at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Tax Manager from November 1998 to June 2007, and at Arthur Andersen LLP as a Tax Associate from September 1997 to November 1998.

John Goss has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, which they obtained from 1989 to 1993. John then pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Business Organizations & Finance Law at Boston University School of Law from 1994 to 1997. Lastly, John completed an LL.M in Taxation with a focus on Legal Tax Studies at Boston University School of Law from 1998 to 1999.
