Eric Gold

Eric Gold is a seasoned engineering executive with over three decades of experience in manufacturing operations and engineering management. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at CKS Packaging Inc since March 2018, Eric leads capital projects, new product implementation, and operational guidance across 27 manufacturing sites. As the Founder and President of RSM Performance Engineering, LLC since June 2017, Eric offers technical consultancy and problem-solving services, specializing in operational excellence and capital management. Eric's extensive career includes leadership positions at notable companies such as Consolidated Container Company, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, and Cadbury Schweppes, where responsibilities encompassed capital projects, engineering activities, and quality assurance for diverse beverage products. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the City University of New York and is currently pursuing an MBA from Kennesaw State University.
