Daniel Murphy

Daniel Murphy is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at CLA Global since May 2025. Prior to this role, Daniel spent over 13 years at EY, where responsibilities included serving as a Strategic HR leader focused on People Experience and Organizational Development. Major contributions at EY involved leading initiatives such as the Employee Experience Listening program, developing EY’s NextWave Talent strategy, and implementing a global onboarding program. Daniel's earlier career included positions as a Global Mobility Manager and HR Business Partner at Ernst & Young, along with foundational experience as a Human Resources Assistant at Freehills. Daniel also took an extended career break for international travel between May 2010 and March 2011.
