Victoria Bond

Victoria Bond, BSc (Hons), MRes, M.CIWM, is the Director for Wales at The Country Land and Business Association (CLA), where they advocate for the rural economy. They have over 20 years of experience in waste and resource management, having previously held leadership roles at AEA Technology, Ricardo, Hyder Consulting, and WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff in the Middle East. Victoria also has a background in agricultural practices, farming with their family in South Wales. They obtained a Master of Research in Recycling Technology from the University of Wales, Swansea, and have pursued advanced leadership training through the Australian School of Applied Management.
