Anil Menon has extensive experience in the agricultural machinery sector, having worked in various leadership and management roles. Anil began a career at Eicher Tractors as Regional Head for Tamil Nadu from 1996 to 2002, followed by a position at Eicher International Ltd. as Product Manager for Tractors from 2002 to 2004. Anil then joined CLAAS India in 2004, where roles included Head of Sales and several significant positions until 2024, culminating in Vice President for both CLAAS Africa South Asia and CLAAS Regional Centre South East Asia. Anil's tenure also included serving as CEO of GEA Farm Technologies India from March 2013 to March 2016. Anil holds a B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from ICFAI.
