Basudev Behera

Basudev Behera currently heads Indirect Material and CAPEX Purchasing, demonstrating a strong background in sheet metal and machining set-ups. From 2007 to 2009, they worked at AVTEC Limited in Manufacturing Engineering and New Projects, leading production and equipment installation efforts. Basudev's past roles include significant contributions as an Assistant Manager at Eicher Tractors and Hero Motors, where they focused on process engineering and project planning. At CLAAS from 2011 to 2014, they excelled as a Lead Buyer, driving vendor process improvements and equipment procurement. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology and a Postgraduate degree in Tool and Die Design from the Central Institute of Tool Design.
