Frank Koppka

Frank Koppka is the Head of Operations at CLAAS, overseeing transaxle production at GIMA, a joint venture with AGCO, and serves as a member of the shareholder committee. With over 17 years of experience in the automotive industry, Koppka has held various leadership roles, including Production Manager and Department Manager for Material and Process Engineering at Groupe Renault. Koppka holds a PhD in mechanical engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt and an Executive MBA from Essec-Mannheim. Fluent in German, French, and English, Koppka possesses extensive international and intercultural experience across several countries, including France, Romania, the USA, and Japan.
