Roland POLLMEYER

Roland Pollmeyer is the Vice President of Purchasing BUSS at CLAAS, where they focus on global purchasing for OEM machines, wear parts, and trading goods. Previously, they held various leadership roles at CLAAS, including Head of Purchasing System Technology and Head of Eastern European Sourcing. With a strong background in project and process management, Pollmeyer has successfully led teams in optimizing procurement strategies and achieving significant cost reductions. They are currently pursuing a degree in Business Leadership from IMD Business School.
