Colin deRaaf, CHRL, CRSP, is an experienced professional in workforce development and occupational health and safety, currently serving as a Facilitator for the Micro-Certification Program at CLAC since 2003. In this role, Colin focuses on leadership development for construction supervisors, highlighting safer workplaces, effective communication, conflict reduction, and productivity. As Director of CLAC Training in Ontario and Lead Director for the CLAC Apprenticeship Support Program, Colin oversees training initiatives across multiple sectors while fostering collaborative partnerships. Additionally, Colin is a member of the Prevention Council with the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development and an instructor at Mohawk College, teaching courses related to health and safety management. Colin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration-Human Resource Management from Redeemer University and has completed the Executive Management Program at the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University.
